Staybridge Suites Detroit-Novi, an IHG Hotel

Everything was great! The location was nice and the surrounding area was very quiet. The beds were comfortable, the room and hotel were clean and very well taken care of, and breakfast was delicious! The hotel was under construction but that didn't bother us at all. My son and I were there for 10 days with many others for Junior Gold, which is a huge National Youth Bowling Tournament that happens once a year. I want to give a huge shout-out to the amazing staff! We were just about to leave for his first day of qualifying which was in Sterling Heights (35 min away) and had just finished loading my son's bowling equipment in the car, when I locked my keys in the trunk. I panicked and ran to the front desk for help. It was a horrible feeling because if my son missed this particular day, we would've had to leave and go back to Virginia. Jerry happened to be working that shift and was able to help me. He made some calls for me and gave me helpful suggestions. Long story short, I was able to get my keys out and we made it to the center with 10 minutes to spare before the tournament started! At one point I was running down the hallway and I apologize if I bumped into anyone! The young lady LaLa was very helpful in answering all my questions when we first checked in as well. I would definitely recommend this Staybridge and would stay here again. Thank you!

I liked the location. Our hotel stay was fairly quiet and peaceful. Location was nice because you could find things to do that was not far away.

Nice hotel. The room was cute. If I need to stay somewhere long I’m definitely coming here. A room with a bed n bathroom. Then a little living room n kitchen. The breakfast was good and they had fresh fruit n a salad bar!!!

There was a good variety for breakfast. They even had an omelet bar. The rooms were nice with lots of room. I wish the pool was open later in the day so we could have used it.

I always enjoy staying at Staybridge, and the Novi location met my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the lady in the breakfast area (I regret not remembering her name).
